Laksa



Laksa is a noodle type of food that is put seasoning with Peranakan culture, which combined with elements of Chinese and Malay. Laksa has several types, the best known is the type of Penang Laksa, a noodle was a little round white and thick. In Indonesia there are also several types of laksa like Laksa and Laksa Betawi Bogor. Laksa name is taken from the Sanskrit which has many meanings, suggesting that the Laksa noodles made ​​with various spices.

 Types of Laksa

There are three types of laksa in general, namely Curry Laksa, Assam Laksa and Laksa other types. Of each type there are more sub-types.


Curry laksa
